Dr. O'Roark introduced her Leadership Approachmodel and her Calibration Consultation Process in The Quest for Executive Effectiveness. They are presented in articles and papers listed in the vita. The Quest book has been used by classes at the University of Southeast Missouri and with the Military Leadership Training Program in The Philippines.

The model for planning below was jointly developed by Dr. O'Roark and collaborators on a project for the National Endowment for the Arts for the State Arts Associations.
